A consultation is necessary and mandatory when prescribing medications. This is the case when obtaining in-person or online.
The consultation will include general medical questions such as your weight and current medical history. The second section is specific medical questions about the condition in question.
This consultation takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete and includes every relevant question needed to ensure the appropriate medication is prescribed.

No, all our treatments are prescription-only medication. In order to obtain any treatment from the London Slimming Clinic, you will need to fill in an online / remote consultation form. Once your form has been checked by one of our Prescribers, they may contact you to verify your details and possibly ask you some more detailed questions. Once they determine you are eligible for treatment, It will be prescribed for you and dispensed from the clinic.
All medication is dispensed directly from a UK-based pharmacy in accordance with cold-chain transportation. It is packed by a dispenser in discreet packaging using the correct insulated materials and ice gel backs to ensure it reaches you at the correct temperature range. It is shipped to your given address using a tracked service for next-day delivery, or for NI and Channel Isles tracked two-day delivery. Please ensure someone is at the address to receive the medication.

Once you complete your online consultation, select the number of pens you require. Needles are supplied free of charge on orders of 3 Saxenda pens or more. Details can be found on the main treatment page and checkout. Then complete the payment.
When your prescription is approved, your order will be dispensed by our pharmacy and dispatched in accordance with our shipping terms and conditions.
If your prescription is not approved, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to the original payment card.
Please keep an eye out for an email from DPD,UPS,DHL, APC or Royal mail, which will tell you your delivery date and time.
If you have received a faulty device/pen then contact us as soon as you realise it. You will be asked to return the unused pen to the pharmacy using recorded/tracked delivery with a description of the fault. A case will be opened with the manufacturer Novo Nordisk for investigation and the faulty device will be sent them for investigation. If confirmed faulty, the device will be replaced free of charge. Please note that process can take up to 4 weeks.
Any faulty pens have to be reported within 45 days of receiving your order. After this time we will be unable to replace any faulty pens.
Products are only shipped via a tracked service and you will receive full tracking details by email or sms when your product is being shipped. In the unlikely event of your shipment going missing you will be given the option of either a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
If however the courier attempted delivery and you were not there to receive it, or if you had given an incorrect shipping address then your order may be returned back to us. In that event you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement as part of the terms and conditions. Please ensure you are there to receive your order. If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then please let us know and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.
You must be over the age of 18 years old to buy prescription medication online. Our process for buying medication will involve an age verification process.
Providing a false age or buying medication on a minor’s behalf is illegal.
As an online healthcare provider, we always confirm that you are at least 18 years of age before your first purchase. Checks are carried out against information you provide including but not limited to your name, address and date of birth on national identity registers at the time of registration and may be carried out on future occasions should there be any discrepancies in your details as time go on. To make the process as easy as possible, all checks are carried out behind the scenes as part of the registration and ordering process, requiring no action on your part.
Should we be unable to verify your age based on the details you have provided, a member of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to discuss other options to verify your age.
It may be necessary to contact you if there are any problems with your order. Problems can sometimes occur with taking payment or because the prescriber has some further questions about your health, having already reviewed your consultation. If we contact you by phone, it minimises any delay to your order, and is one of the quickest ways to overcome any issue.
Every unopened Saxenda pen needs to be stored in the fridge (between 2-8°C). Make sure it is not kept at the back of the fridge or near the freezer compartment where it can freeze. If frozen, it needs to be discarded. It can be kept outside the fridge for up to 30 days, as long as the temperature does not exceed 30°C (e.g. when opened and in use).
If you change your mind after placing your order then please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
We are happy to offer you a full refund with no questions asked as long as the products have not been dispensed. Once dispensed, the product becomes labelled specifically for you and packed and we are unable to re-use it. Therefore, you will not be able to cancel your order after this stage. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK.
Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order, therefore if you would like to make changes or cancel it, please ensure you contact us immediately after placing the order.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment card.
Please note that London slimming clinic does not manufacture any medicines and only dispenses medication and products licensed in the UK. You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy does not meet your expectation or if you have been unable to lose a desired amount weight. Undesirable side effects do occur when taking medication, therefore we are unable to offer any refunds in case of suffering from these effects. We do advise to order only order the smallest quantity of medication when you are first ordering to avoid the need of discarding the medication in case you cannot tolerate it. Prescription only medication cannot be returned or refunded due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines.
Wegovy, Ozempic and Saxenda are products of Novo Nordisk. They are stored in line with cold-chain requirements at our pharmacy and is dispensed to you directly from the pharmacy once your consultation is approved by a member of the Prescribing team.

After you complete your online consultation, select products and make the payment, our prescriber will go through your consultation in detail and may phone you to ask further questions in order to determine whether the medication is suitable. Simultaneously, age verification checks will also be carried out in the background by a third party.
When your prescription is approved, your order will be dispensed by our pharmacy and dispatched in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If the prescriber does not approve your prescription for any reason, or if the age verification checks are not successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment card.
