Refunds and Returns
We are happy to offer you a full refund if you change your mind as long as the products have not been dispensed. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and delivery address and we will process the refund.
Once the medication is dispensed the product becomes labelled snd packed specifically for you and we are unable to re-use it. Due to this as well as legislation around prescription medication, you will not be able to cancel your order after it is dispensed and we are unable to offer you a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have received your order and changed your mind (at any time after it was dispensed), you will be unable to return it and we will be unable to offer a refund.
Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order, therefore if you would like to make changes or cancel it, please ensure you contact us immediately (by emailing us on email@example.com) after placing the order.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment card.
Please DO NOT send any products, medication or pens back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so in writing. By law we will have to discard them once received and will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to do so in writing by email. This also applies to medication which have been returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts. Any returned items will be discarded and we will be unable to issue a refund for them.
