Shipping
Your order is packed discreetly using appropriate insulated materials. Our packaging material is purchased in the UK and ensures the correct temperature range is maintained during transportation. It is shipped by tracked delivery.
We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order bring approved. Orders are usually dispatched on the same or next working day once approved by the prescriber. Orders are also occasionally dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday, and also on Sunday for delivery on Monday.
Please note that although we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we do not offer a guaranteed ‘next-day’ service. Due to the nature of the prescribing process involved, some orders can take several days to be approved. If you urgently require the medication please contact us by email.

The areas above are a 2-day service. Please note that this is not guaranteed and occasionally courier companies take longer than 2 days to deliver to the above areas. London Slimming Clinic cannot accept responsibility for orders taking longer than 2 days to arrive at these destinations.
Missed deliveries and returned orders:
Please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the medication. London Slimming Clinic will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries.
If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, London Slimming Clinic will not issue a replacement or refund. Due to legislation surrounding the safety of cold-chain medication, any returned Saxenda pens cannot be re-sent and will have to be discarded. Please ensure you or someone else is available to receive the order on the day of delivery.
If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then please let us know and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.
Update on your orders:
If you have not received your order within 2-3 working days of placing the order then please contact us immediately. Courier companies will not open investigations into missing or undelivered parcels after 14 days of placing orders. If your order has not been delivered to you and you have contacted us more than 14 days after placing the order then unfortunately we may not be able to investigate this further.
